We are Nicole & Eddy, a German-American team combining professional quality management with hands-on building expertise.
Nicole is a certified Quality Manager who started her career as an Office Communication Specialist and, over 19 years—including her time at Siemens—advanced through extensive in-house and external technical training. She worked as a Senior Buyer in Supply Management and became a certified Quality Manager for suppliers, conducting on-site audits to ensure top-level quality standards. Her approach is precise, structured, and reliable - often described as German precision. Her background ensures that no detail is overlooked, giving homeowners confidence that their property is in capable hands.
Eddy has been self-employed for more than 30 years, mastering the art of solving complex problems and managing his own business with creativity and efficiency. He brings decades of home construction and renovation experience, making him precise, dependable, and solutions-driven. Eddy’s hands-on knowledge allows him to see not just what a home looks like, but how it is built and how potential issues can be prevented - especially important in North Idaho’s unique climate.
Together, we deliver structured Home Watch and Property Care at a professional, trustworthy, and highly organized level—far beyond traditional home-watch services. Home Watch services are offered through North Idaho Estate Watch, while additional home and property care is handled through Eddy and Nick LLC, our licensed and insured contractor company. This combination of experience, high standards, and personal responsibility defines how we work and is the reason our clients trust us.

We provide professional, scheduled Home Watch visits to ensure your home remains secure, well-maintained, and carefully observed while you are away. Each visit is designed to identify visible concerns early, monitor the overall condition of your property, and deliver clear, documented updates directly to you.
We are the eyes, ears, and advocate for your home—a trusted local presence looking after your interests when you cannot be there yourself. Our role is to observe with care, respond promptly, and communicate clearly—so you are always informed about the condition of your home.
In addition to Home Watch, we offer Maintenance, Errand & Home Support Services, coordinating trusted vendors, allowing access for service providers, overseeing routine tasks, and handling details that require a reliable local point of contact.
Our Construction Process Support & Project Oversight provides on-site representation during builds, renovations, or improvement projects. We observe progress, confirm work completion, and help ensure expectations are met—keeping you informed every step of the way.
Through our Concierge Services, we assist with personalized requests such as preparing your home for arrival, coordinating services, and supporting your time in North Idaho so your experience is effortless and stress-free.
Our Seasonal Kick-Off & Checkout services ensure smooth transitions between seasons. From opening your home in the spring to closing it down for winter, we coordinate inspections, system checks, and seasonal preparations so your home is always ready at the right time.
