Over the last 10 years, we have continued to build our business and have now performed over 18,000 home inspections. Dave has over 40 years of real estate experience. Prior to Home Watch, Dave was a Licensed Real Estate Broker (California Department of Real Estate) and a Certified Property manager (institute or Real Estate Management) Both Dave and Michelle own rental property in Tucson and understands what it takes to keep them safe, marketable and secure.
