We are the longest standing accredited home watch business serving the Topsail Island area having been full-time residents since 1983. Tim Powell retired from dentistry after 35 years serving individuals of the island and surrounding areas. Slater Powell is still involved part time in that dental practice. We are serious about taking care of unoccupied homes even better than if they were ours.
