About Me
Jennifer Frost is the owner of Good Life Home Watch and a respected leader in the Home Watch industry. As one of the NHWA’s earliest accredited members—and the first in Saint Petersburg—Jennifer has set a high standard of service in the Tampa Bay area for over a decade. A Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), she leads a team of four and is known for her commitment to professionalism, client care, and industry advancement. Jennifer serves as the Advisory Board liaison to the NHWA’s Women in Home Watch group and plays an active role in shaping best practices across the organization.

It is the mission and goal of the National Home Watch Association to establish and maintain the highest set of standards and ethics for all Home Watch companies in the United States of America and Canada;
To establish and maintain trust and confidence between homeowners and Home Watch professionals;

To promote public awareness of the Home Watch industry; and
