ParadiseSafe Home Watch of Fort Myers, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the second year.

A Florida native born and raised in St. Petersburg, Hunter Habib has always felt a deep connection to Florida and its unique lifestyle.

With a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University and over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Hunter has earned several certifications and licenses. He won the prestigious C2EX Endorsement from the National Association of REALTORS® and the Spokesperson Issues Training certification from Florida Realtors. He has been licensed as a real estate broker/sales agent since 2013.

Many of Hunter’s real estate clients began asking if he offered Home Watch services. After hearing this request repeatedly, Hunter realized it was his next step, one that would allow him to better serve his community. That’s how ParadiseSafe Home Watch was born. Hunter treats every home he watches as if it were his own, doing his best to see that it’s safe, secure, and ready for its owner’s return.

Hunter was recognized as Realtor of the Year in 2023, but says his genuine pride comes from his family. He is married to his high school sweetheart, and they have two beautiful daughters who make every day brighter.

In his spare time, Hunter enjoys time with his family and being outside, whether it’s fishing or boating.
