Condo Watch of Fort Lauderdale, FL, earns seventh-year accreditation. Congratulations!
David and Inci Magden
Condo Watch of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the seventh year.
Owners David and Inci Magden moved from Cleveland, Ohio, in 2013 to beautiful Fort Lauderdale to escape the cold winters and live the tropical life full-time. Once settled in their new home, other residents of their condominium building suggested that they run for the board of their condo association. David served on the board as the Treasurer and then the President for four years, learning the aspects of the building's systems, maintenance, and condo rules and laws.
Before moving to Florida, David owned an international shipping and logistics business with many IATA, TSA, and government security clearances. Prior to this, he owned an automobile parts business that imported and exported parts domestically and all over the world.
Inci is originally from Turkey, where she worked for airlines for her entire career and had the highest security clearances. She worked for many years with passengers and air freight for British Airways and El-Al Airlines.
David and Inci take pride in the same ethics (hard work, honesty, attention to detail, and communication) that are key to their daily lives and business. Many owners in their building trusted them to watch their units while they were away. David says, “We listened to our neighbors’ recommendations and started Condo Watch, Inc.”
Condo Watch serves Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Point, and Boca Raton. You can reach them at (954) 707-9883 or dave@condowatchinc.com. Learn more from their website, www.condowatchinc.com.
Congratulations, David and Inci!
As always, I wish you
Much success,
Jack Luber Executive Director
