Nancy’s Concierge & Home Watch Services of Venice, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the ninth year.

Owner Nancy Scott has resided in Venice since 2013. Passion and expertise in home services led her to begin a concierge business. In 2001, Nancy opened a professional organizing company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. When she wasn’t reorganizing closets, kitchens, offices, and entire homes, client demands expanded and presented more opportunities in the concierge field. Nancy planned parties, shopped, and ran errands; she pretty much became a personal assistant to her clients. Nancy kept the business going for 10 years.

Prior to her professional organizing company, Nancy performed a variety of services in the hospitality industry, ending up working as a catering manager for a corporate hotel chain. Nancy's entire career entailed caring for and managing homes and people. She did not have a different career first and then start a home management business; home care and personal hospitality have been her business all along.

Nancy serves as the Co-Lead of the NHWA’s Florida West Central (South) Chapter, which includes Sarasota, Manatee, Hardee, De Soto, and Highlands Counties.
