1-Stop Home Watch Service of Naples, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the seventh year.
The company is a family business made up of seasoned professionals. Founder David Ling was a nuclear engineer in the Submarine Service and later spent 40 years in medical imaging with GE and Toshiba. Daughter Allison Walters is a Registered Nurse in downtown Naples, holding the Emergency Room Charge Nurse position. Over the past six years, with the resources and experts in the NHWA, 1-Stop Home Watch professionals have assembled, tested, and proven optional plans to protect their clients’ homes or property while they are unoccupied and resolved any issues that may have arisen. 1-Stop offers concierge services to make their clients’ departures and arrivals effortless, ensuring they are ready for their clients, friends, or family to enjoy when they arrive. They also come in behind their clients to ensure their home is staged for protection when they leave.
Every Home Watch inspector (David Ling, Allison Walters, David Walters, and Ashley Walters) is a family member and a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp training. They have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), which places them into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify the family’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
1-Stop Home Watch has three generations of family members who are all company co-owners. It was founded as a legacy business, so its clients can feel confident they are prepared to take responsibility for their homes or property now and will be prepared to handle it in the long term.
