EZ Breezy Home Watch Services of Naples, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the sixth year.

A full-time resident of Naples since 1989, owner Denise Epperson’s work background started in the medical field as a cardiovascular technologist, working for several local hospitals. Her experience gave her a keen sense of detail and thoroughness, as well as an appreciation for customer service and quality feedback.

Denise grew up on Marco Island in the ‘90s. She recalls her dad, a retiree/handyman, helping their seasonal neighbors by caring for their homes while they were away. He would often ask Denise for help. She learned at an early age how things can go wrong if not properly cared for. Once Denise and her husband, Michael, became homeowners, they knew how to stay on top of home maintenance and resolve minor issues before they escalated into major, costly problems. After her son was born, Denise began to hear about Home Watch, which piqued her interest. It brought back great memories of working hand in hand with her father.

Denise began researching the process of opening her business and the required training. She turned to the NHWA for guidance. Denise says the NHWA offered an abundance of information. She has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) from the NHWA, making her one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation demonstrates her commitment to delivering exceptional service to her clients.

Denise and Michael, a Collier County Deputy Sheriff, have been married for 24 years. They have one son, Christopher, and two Goldendoodles, Luna and Oso.
