Congrats to Islander Home Watch Services of Cape Coral, FL, on its fourth-year accreditation!

Islander Home Watch Services of Cape Coral, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the fourth year.

Amanda Dvorak is a long-time resident of Cape Coral, Florida. With her deep connection to the area, Amanda has developed a keen understanding of Southwest Florida and its unique needs. As a trusted community member, she has taken on the responsibility of providing Home Watch services to help ensure her clients’ homes are safe and secure while they are away. 

Born in Ohio, Amanda moved to Florida at a very young age; she considers herself a Floridian. Growing up in Cape Coral/Pine Island and graduating from Mariner High School, Amanda started working at McDonald’s at age 15. Customer service has always been her top priority, and she moved up the corporate ladder quickly, earning a store manager position at 18. Amanda has enjoyed various positions, most recently as commercial insurance manager of over 10 years. Her dedication to her work is evident in every detail. 

When her daughter was born, Amanda decided that Cape Coral/Pine Island was where she wanted her roots to be. After her daughter went off to college, Amanda found herself looking for something new and different to do. That was when she discovered Home Watch. Amanda has been active in the NHWA and is currently Co-Chair of the Membership Committee.

Amanda’s husband has been in the construction industry since the ripe age of 14. His family built an empire that lasted until the Crash of 2008. They have been there through it all, staying true to their home and establishing relationships along the way. They built their home in 2003 and learned to hold on tight! From hurricanes to tornadoes and even flooding, they learned how to take care of their investment, inside and out, and have learned how to care for a home from the outside in.

Amanda loves giving back to her community and playing a special role in local organizations, from volunteering for the Greater Pine Island Chamber of Commerce to participating in various vendor events.
