NoCo Homewatch of Longmont, Colorado, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the fifth year.

Owned and operated by longtime Longmont residents Valeria Catano and Felipe Rivera, the couple officially took the reins of the family-owned business in early 2023, bringing a deep commitment to personalized service and community values.

Valeria, born and raised in Boulder County, leads the company’s daily operations with a special focus on serving snowbirds and seasonal homeowners throughout the Front Range north of Denver. She balances her role as an engaged mother with working part-time as a Student Ministry Aide at her church, maintaining strong community ties.

Originally from Atlixco, Puebla, Mexico—a town known for its rich woodworking tradition—Felipe brings years of experience in maintenance and home renovation. He works full-time in the industry and provides many of NoCo Homewatch’s concierge services around his schedule, offering expert handyman and home care support to clients.

Together, the Riveras continue NoCo Homewatch’s tradition of dependable, customized services that include GPS-enabled, real-time visit reports and flexible scheduling designed to meet each client’s unique needs.
