Congrats to Nosey Neighbor Home Watch of Naples, FL, on its third-year accreditation!
Kristi Nadler
Nosey Neighbor Home Watch of Naples, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.
Owner Kristi Nadler grew up in Naples. After graduating high school, she joined the U.S. Coast Guard. Most of Kristi’s career was spent on the East Coast, from New Jersey to Key West and several places in between. Her most notable tour was 2010-2012 in Washington, D.C., when she worked for the Secretary of Homeland Security in the Military Advisor’s Office. Kristi held several security clearances, was trusted with national security, and corresponded with high-level entities, including the White House, the Department of Defense, and several foreign agencies. In 2015 after 24 years, she retired after a full, active-duty career and decided to move back home to Naples.
Kristi remained in the emergency management profession within the local government for a few years, but she realized she wanted to do something different, helping people in a different way. Kristi still holds true to the U.S. Coast Guard’s core values of honor, respect, and devotion to duty; therefore, she knows that being entrusted to take care of someone’s home, requires that level of commitment and dedication that she has held for several decades.
Kristi graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), which places her into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Kristi’s commitment to Home Watch excellence. She is also the Membership Co-Chair for the NHWA’s Southwest Florida Chapter.
Kristi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland University College and a Master of Science degree in Homeland Security from the American Military University. She and her husband enjoy boating, the beach, and spending time with their two Siberian Huskies, who also enjoy the boat and beach!
