Sun Watch SWFL of Fort Myers, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for its Home Watch services for the sixth year.

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Greg Peters has been proud to call Fort Myers his home since 2014. He actively managed his own investment properties as a friendly and reliable landlord. Greg understands how to manage multiple homes and appreciates the importance of being extremely vigilant about details. He takes pride in providing excellent customer service through his ability to relate to people of diverse backgrounds, accommodating individual concerns and needs.

Managing his investment properties, Greg has gained valuable experience, having seen and experienced a lot, particularly when issues have arisen. He also has experience with remodeling properties, which has given him tremendous knowledge.

Additionally, Greg has over 10 years of experience maintaining a vacation home in another state. He has firsthand experience that comes with managing homes from a distance. Greg also appreciates that time spent at vacation homes is precious and should not be spent on property issues.

Prior to founding Sun Watch SWFL, Greg worked in the auto-body industry for 30 years, starting as a shop porter and advancing to manage 25 employees at certified dealerships for high-end cars. Extremely proficient in customer care, Greg appreciates the importance of the details that bring a finished job to the next level of complete customer satisfaction.
