Congratulations, Acuity Home Watch of Palm City, FL, on your eighth-year accreditation!
Deborah Rieback
Peter Van Alstyne
Acuity Home Watch of Palm City, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the eighth year.
Peter Van Alstyne and Deborah Rieback started Acuity Home Watch in early 2017. They are proud of their accreditation by the NHWA. Their accreditation ensures that they have passed annual background checks and met the NHWA’s rigorous standards, and that their company is insured and bonded.
Deborah lived her early years in New Jersey but has lived in Florida for most of her adult life. She maintained homes during the summer months when temperatures and humidity levels are quite high. Deborah has weathered many notable hurricanes and knows the importance of properly preparing a home for hurricane season and the extreme weather conditions of the summer months.
Deborah is licensed in real estate and understands the value of Home Watch for owners of unoccupied homes.
Peter resided in Upstate New York for most of his life and experienced extremely harsh weather conditions. He moved to Hilton Head, South Carolina, in 2005 for the winter months and became accustomed to the hurricane seasons. Peter understands the complexities of managing two homes simultaneously.
Peter holds a Community Association Manager (CAM) license in the state of Florida. He has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, placing him among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation demonstrates Peter’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to his clients.
Acuity Home Watch serves Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, Hobe Sound, and Hutchinson Island. You can reach them at (772) 288-0972 or info@acuityhomewatch.com. Learn more at their website, https://acuityhomewatch.com.
