At Ease Home Watch of Bonita Springs, Florida, has earned second-year accreditation from the NHWA.
Todd Kerin has kept the public and property safe for 35 years. He was a Military Policeman in the U.S. Army and a Columbus, Ohio, police sergeant. Todd also spent years as a volunteer fireman. He has had extensive experience responding to and handling emergencies and spent years as a detective, developing investigative skills, a keen eye for identifying potential problems, and a commitment to confidentiality and privacy. Todd has focused those skills on At Ease Home Watch after moving to Southwest Florida with his wife, Amy.
Amy is a business professional with almost 40 years of experience in accounting and treasury services. Together, she and Todd have managed their own rental property, routinely opened and closed a vacation home, and taken care of their own pool. As “do-it-yourself” homeowners, they can provide their clients with a trusted advocate, evaluate contractor performance, and communicate clearly and concisely with their clients.
In their spare time, Todd and Amy can be found on their Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic, in their Boston Whaler, or talking about their son, Zac, who retired from the NFL after playing for five years, and their daughter, Courtney, a registered nurse, who is currently working toward becoming a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
