Coastal Home Watch & Concierge of Brunswick County, North Carolina, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.
Owners Chris and Karen Uchacz live in Ocean Isle Beach with their two dogs, Kirby and Lulu. They have fallen in love with the surrounding areas and the proximity to so many different beaches. But most of all, they love the people and local culture and have fully embraced the beach lifestyle while finding their forever home. Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Canada, Chris has spent almost 30 years working in NCAA Division I collegiate athletics. Karen grew up in Florida and has spent most of her career in sales and customer service. She currently works in the residential mortgage industry.
Chris and Karen have experienced and understand the stress and anxiety of owning a second home. They established Coastal Home Watch & Concierge to help clients manage the challenges of maintaining a second/rental home and property from a distance. Chris and Karen serve clients at the highest level. They seek to provide their clients with peace of mind by offering a variety of Home Watch services they wish were available to them several years ago.
Chris also wants to serve the NHWA, its membership, and the Home Watch industry; he was recently named Chair of the NHWA’s Marketing Committee.
