Crews Home Watch Services of Naples, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the third year.
Founder Clay Crews and his wife, Elizabeth, have been Southwest Florida residents for more than 20 years. Clay is a firefighter/paramedic with a local fire department, where he works nine 24-hour shifts a month. This allows him plenty of time off to create other opportunities. Clay’s previous experience consists of over five years in the Southwest Florida construction industry. He has gained valuable knowledge in residential and commercial construction, which gives him a leg up when it comes to identifying and resolving issues faced as a Home Watch service professional. Elizabeth currently works from home, which allows her to step in when Clay is on shift and handle all the necessary tasks, including scheduling and billing. They have an employee who is also a South Florida firefighter. Crews Home Watch Services is first-responder-owned and -operated.
Clay’s educational experience consists of various certifications within the fire service, as well as an associate’s degree from St. Petersburg College. He also holds a maintenance license, which allows him to perform basic handyman services as part of Crews Home Watch Services. They strive to set the bar high when it comes to industry standards. This is accomplished through networking by participating in local NHWA chapter meetings, as well as regular training.
Clay and Elizabeth decided to start a Home Watch company because they truly enjoy helping others and are looking to provide more opportunities for their children as they grow. Crews Home Watch Services takes pride in its professionalism and operates according to a set of core values, including integrity, trust, and honesty.
