Tom and Elizabeth Fitzpatrick
Elite Home Watchers of Lakewood Ranch, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fourth year.
Owners Tom and Elizabeth Fitzpatrick bring individual experiences and shared passions to Elite Home Watchers. Elizabeth hails from Signal Mountain, TN. She is a University of Tennessee-Knoxville alum with a nurturing spirit that guided her through a successful career as a massage therapist. An experienced entrepreneur, Elizabeth transformed a 1920s pharmacy into an award-winning restaurant, spotlighted in Southern Living Magazine.
Tom, a native of Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains, acquired an MBA and Master’s degree in Project Management from Kansas State University. Over a 20-year career, Tom’s navigation of diverse roles took him around the world, and he brings a unique perspective to the table.
The decision to relocate to the Sunshine State was personal. The loss of Elizabeth’s parents prompted the move, as they sought solace and connection with family in Florida. This life-altering event fueled a renewed purpose, inspiring Tom and Elizabeth to establish Elite Home Watchers. They recognized the immense support it offers to those with second homes and investment properties.
Tom and Elizabeth are both graduates of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional, which places them among the industry’s elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Tom and Elizabeth’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
