Originally from Miami, owner David Soler worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. This experience proved invaluable to David and Estates Neighborhood Home Watch, as it helped him develop the interpersonal skills required to run a business dependent on customer service and prepared him to work in a fast-paced, potentially stressful environment.

After moving to Naples, David began working in the community management industry, which is predominant in the area, as a large segment of the population keeps second homes and investment properties. Not particularly happy working as an administrative assistant, he jumped at the chance to become a Home Watch technician when the position became available, and he never looked back. It was only a matter of time before David would decide to make Home Watch his life’s work.
