First Responder Property Watch of South Daytona, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the second year.

Founder David Kennedy brings a wealth of experience and dedication to First Responder Property Watch. A native of New Smyrna Beach, David’s career began with a distinguished tenure in the United States Air Force. After his service, he transitioned to a career as a firefighter, dedicating himself to safeguarding his community.

Throughout his firefighting career, David encountered various emergencies, ranging from fire alarms to water leaks, often discovering that homeowners were absent during these critical moments. This recurring issue inspired him to take action. Motivated by a friend who successfully ran a Home Watch business in South Florida, David recognized a unique opportunity to merge his skills and passion for community service. Thus, he established First Responder Property Watch.

David’s expertise extends beyond emergency response. With a background in irrigation, pressure washing, and construction, he is exceptionally well-equipped to protect and maintain the homes under his care. His comprehensive skill set allows him to address potential issues proactively, providing homeowners with peace of mind.
