Congratulations, Front Line Home Watch of Cape Coral, FL, on your third-year accreditation!
Kevin Rowell
Front Line Home Watch of Cape Coral, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.
Owner Kevin Rowell was always interested in and later took up carpentry and construction during high school, working with a local contractor. Years later, he worked at a large tool company that built precision measuring devices for approximately seven years.
Kevin spent 29 years in law enforcement, holding many positions including the Special Response Team, Chemical Weapons Instructor, and Field Training Officer for patrol and detective divisions. He received multiple commendations and awards during his career. In 1999, Kevin attained the rank of detective and was assigned to the State Police Anti-Crime Task Force for major crimes and controlled substance investigations. He also had Temporary Duty Assignments with other State Police agencies and the FBI-Joint Terrorism Task Force to assist in local investigations concerning threats to the United States after the September 11 attacks.
Kevin received his Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees in Criminal Justice Administration.
Kevin became interested in Home Watch because of events he recalls happening to himself and others over many years, such as leaking water lines, mold, a breaking-and-entering that went undetected until the owner(s) came home, and the loss of numerous personal items that could not be replaced. Front Line Home Watch benefits from Kevin’s experience and knowledge. His background has trained Kevin to look for small details and to pay attention to things that are not obvious or easily seen by others.
Shannon, Kevin’s wife, is retired from the U.S. Army as a Sergeant in a Military Police Unit. She served in Iraq during wartime until her military vehicle struck an IED. Shannon was chosen to represent the Army in a nationwide recruitment campaign commercial. She was awarded a combat action badge and the Purple Heart.
Front Line Home Watch serves Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Matlacha, Bokeelia, Pine Island, St. James City, Sanibel Island, and surrounding areas. You can reach Kevin at (239) 922-7542 or frontlinehomewatch@gmail.com. Learn more from his website at www.frontlinehomewatch.com.
Congratulations, Kevin!
As always, I wish you
Much success,
Jack Luber Executive Director
