With a passion for delivering top-notch service, he has built a successful business that caters to the needs of homeowners. Drawing inspiration from his Aussie roots, Ben recently re-invented his brand, changing the name from Valley Homewatch & Residential Services to G’Day Mate Home Services, infusing it with a fresh and fun Australian vibe. He continues to bring his expertise and friendly demeanor to local households, ensuring that every home he touches is well taken care of.

Ben has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, placing him among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows Ben’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.

Co-owner Tyler McAdams was born and raised in Arizona. He has a deep love for the desert he proudly calls home. His specialty lies in crafting custom homes. Being a vacation rental owner, he understands the significance of having a trustworthy caretaker for his clients while they are away.

Ben tells me that there’s an Aussie term for something that isn’t working: “It’s cactus!” So, their motto is, “If it’s cactus, we’ll fix it!”
