JS Pro Property Management of Long Beach Island, New Jersey, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the second year.

Owner John Casale was the youngest of six children in a blue-collar family. He was introduced to the building industry at an early age: his father laid tile by trade, his brother was a painter, and his uncle was a plumber. As a teenager, John worked in nearly every aspect of construction, serving as an apprentice and learning vital skills in various areas. Fresh out of high school, he opened his own painting business to help him pay for college.

At 22, John formed his own construction company. When the economy took a dip in 2008, he explored the commercial world. He learned the importance of “quality over quantity” and good craftsmanship, as well as the value of honest business practices, which he believed would always prevail.

Hurricane Sandy devastated the Jersey Shore, destroying many homes along the coast. John used his skills to help homeowners, performing numerous cleanouts and multiple home remodels. His disaster relief work proved to be his most rewarding career accomplishment. Today, JS Pro Construction builds seven to eight custom homes a year on Long Beach Island for a growing clientele.

Charlie Berezansky, the Operations Manager for JS Pro Property Management, handles the property management and Home Watch teams. He is an award-winning property management professional with a reputation for excellence. Charlie has a lifelong connection to the Jersey Shore and brings his personal touch to every property under his care. He is a Barnegat native and lives in Stafford with his family.

A musician who regularly performs at local charitable events, Charlie believes in giving back to the area. After years of traveling the state, he wanted to make a real difference in his own community.
