Mari's Cleaning Services & Home Watch of Peoria, Arizona, has earned fourth-year accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.
In 1994, Mari started her Home Watch business at Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona, when several homeowners approached after returning home to devastating issues. Mari’s services address issues that arise while homes are unoccupied, savingher clients money and aggravation. As word spread, Mari's Home Watch business expanded. Mari found that many clients love the additional service of arriving at their home that has been cleaned before their arrival, and most utilize the cleaning service during their stay to give them more free time to enjoy in Arizona.
Marie’s husband, Scott, retired as the Director of Maintenance for 38 years with the Gainey Ranch Community Association and has come aboard. He brings a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in the building and landscape maintenance industry, including strong administrative and public relations skills. Scott completely understands community associations, compliance processes, and overall operations. His years of assisting homeowners with various interior challenges is an invaluable asset to their business.
Mari's son, Matt Pickering, brings industry knowledge and integrity. He is a certified water treatment specialist who provides general plumbing. Matt offers clients exceptional documentation, including photos and videos, in his Home Watch inspection reports.
Yadira Garnica plays a key role as the Cleaning Supervisor. She has a strong eye for detail and effectively manages and supports the staff. Scott, Matt, and Yadira have all earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, placing them among the elite providers in the Home Watch industry.
Mari has always wanted to give back, so she has partnered with Cleaning for a Reason, which provides free house cleaning for men, women, and children undergoing cancer treatment. (For more information, please visit www.cleaningforareason.org.)
