Phoenix Home Watch of Sun City West, Arizona, has earned third-year accreditation from the NHWA.
Father-and-son team Dennis and J.D. Manning have worked together in commercial real estate. Dennis is a commercial property inspector certified in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac U.S. Government agencies. He retired as a Realtor three years ago after more than 40 years in the business. Dennis owned and operated a commercial property management company, developed and owned a number of commercial buildings, and was a registered investment advisor for large commercial property portfolios. He is well-schooled on potential issues that can arise and can make specific suggestions, if necessary, while inspecting client homes.
Dennis earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) from the NHWA, placing him among the industry’s elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation shows Dennis’s commitment to providing excellent client service.
J.D. is a Realtor and has worn every hat you can in real estate in Phoenix, from commercial property management, leasing, and sales for 10 years to being a residential Realtor for the past 15 years. He has been inside thousands of homes and seen the good, the bad, and the ugly.
J.D. grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska, and earned a degree in Economics from Colorado State University. He moved to Phoenix in 1998 while pursuing a career as a professional golfer. When his parents moved there from Nebraska, J.D. decided to stay. He feels fortunate to work alongside his father in commercial real estate, as Realtors, and now with Phoenix Home Watch. J.D. has learned a lot working alongside his dad. One important thing is that “there is always a solution.” That philosophy has served him well, and he applies it to all aspects of his life.
Another important thing Dennis taught J.D. is to have fun; life is short. Make time to do the things you enjoy. Dennis and J.D. are professionals, but while getting to know them, you will see they also make the most of their moments.
