Royal Home Watch of Ave Maria, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fourth year.
Founded and operated by Krystal Volpe and Rey Sanchez, Royal Home Watch is built on their shared vision of dependable service for their community. Recognizing a need in Ave Maria, Krystal and Rey combined their skills and passion to create a reliable, high-quality home watch service.
Krystal, a South Florida native with a bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, brings extensive corporate management experience and a keen eye for detail, which developed while assisting her father in the home improvement industry. Her commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality ensures that each client’s home is in trusted care.
Originally from Cuba, Rey is a seasoned real estate professional fluent in English and Spanish. With a background in logistics and project management, he offers tailored services to meet each client’s needs. He values building strong relationships with his clients and prioritizes their satisfaction as a measure of success over awards or achievements.
That said, Royal Home Watch recently won awards for "Best of Florida 2024" and "The Best of the Gulfshore 2024."
