Meggan and Kevin Knoblauch
Showpiece Home Watch of Cedarburg, Wisconsin, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the second year.
Kevin Knoblauch’s passion has always been caring for other people’s properties, whether a golf course, lawn, or a home. Kevin and his wife, Meggan, pay strong attention to detail and their commitment to excellence allows them to provide the same level of care as they would for their own home.
Kevin has a Turfgrass degree from Michigan State University and a Business Management degree from Cardinal Stritch University. Meggan has an Early Childhood/Elementary Education bachelor’s degree from St. Norbert College and a master’s degree in Art Education from UNLV. Meggan taught Pre-K, Elementary Art, and Kindergarten in Las Vegas for 10 years. She moved back home to Wisconsin, worked remotely as an Executive Assistant, and was promoted to Operations Manager.
Kevin performed Home Watch for a lawn care client for six years. The client always said that Home Watch was needed in their area, so Kevin kept that in the back of his mind but was focused on his landscape business. He and Meggan extensively researched Home Watch and saw how much the industry had grown. The Milwaukee Metro area contains many snowbirds and frequent travelers, so they knew Home Watch would be a great fit.
Both Kevin and Meggan graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing them among the Home Watch industry’s elite providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify their commitment to Home Watch excellence.
Kevin and Meggan have been married for six years. They moved to Cedarburg four years ago with their son, Cole. Kevin and Meggan love to spend time outdoors, traveling, and playing golf. They go up north to Eagle River to snowmobile and enjoy time as a family.
