I am so happy to announce that A-Z Home Watch Solutions of Juno Beach, Florida, has earned its 11th-year accreditation from the NHWA! It’s incredible to think that Doris and Artie Fink have been with us for over a decade! Their involvement in the Southeast Florida Home Watch community and their contributions to the NHWA have made them stand out as true leaders in the industry.
A-Z Home Watch Solutions has grown to become one of the premier Home Watch companies, not just in Florida but across the country. After a simple conversation with them, you’ll understand the secret to their success. Their extensive knowledge and warm and welcoming personalities make clients feel like family. Artie, originally from New York, and Doris, from Boston, met in Fort Lauderdale and moved to Jupiter in 2003. Today, they proudly call Juno Beach their home.
With over 50 years as homeowners in Southeast Florida, Doris and Artie began their Home Watch careers by looking after homes as a favor to friends and family. Recognizing a need for professional Home Watch services, they did thorough research so they could offer the highest standard of care for their clients’ properties. Their discovery of the NHWA has been a cornerstone of their business’s success. A-Z Home Watch Solutions offers Home Watch, concierge, and keyholder services, equipped with the professional resources to handle any situation. Doris and Artie are passionate about educating their clients and the community on managing unoccupied properties in South Florida, emphasizing disaster prevention.
A-Z Home Watch is a favorite among condo community management associations and single-family homeowners due to Doris and Artie’s dedication. I like to describe their team as “ambassadors” for risk management. Their commitment to excellence is evident through their active participation in the NHWA. Both Doris and Artie hold the Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) designation, highlighting their elite status and dedication to superior service. Additionally, Doris participated on the NHWA’s Advisory Board for many years. She is also a Home Watch Boot Camp instructor.
