Abode Property Services of Gilford, New Hampshire, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the second year.

A native of New Hampshire’s Lakes Region, owner Megan Crane brings a wealth of experience to Abode Property Services. After earning her degree in Communication and Marketing from Bryant University, she honed her public relations and marketing skills in Boston, New York, and New Jersey. Upon returning to her roots in New Hampshire, Megan’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch Crush Wines, a successful boutique wine brokerage business that she owned and operated for over 15 years.

With a keen eye on the growing demand for property services in the Lakes Region, Megan channeled her passion for all things domestic. She combined her business and service expertise to create Abode Property Services. Megan’s commitment to exceptional service and her passion for helping others thoroughly enjoy the beauty and lifestyle of the Lakes Region is evident in every aspect of her work.

Megan graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing her among the industry’s elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Megan’s commitment to Home Watch excellence. 

In her free time, Megan loves gardening, boating, playing tennis, and watching her sons play football and basketball.
