Blue Line Home Watch of Excelsior, Minnesota, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the second year.

Brian Tholen comes from a family that owned a plumbing business. His father “field trained” him, and he went on calls as a teenager.

Brian recently retired as the Police Chief for the South Lake Minnetonka Police Department. He was a police officer for 29 years and is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and the 275th F.B.I. National Academy. Brian began his law enforcement career in the City of Edina and managed his own rental properties in Wayzata for twenty years. He realized he has a passion for property care and maintaining homes.

With his years of experience as a police officer safeguarding communities and people’s homes and managing his properties, including one in northern Minnesota, Brian brings the same level of vigilance and professionalism to caring for his clients’ properties while they are away.

Brian lives in Shorewood with his wife, Lauren. They have been married for 23 years and have two daughters who are pursuing careers in Marketing/Data Analytics and Mechanical Engineering. When he is not working, Brian volunteers with the Excelsior Morning Rotary. He enjoys boating, traveling, hunting, and any outdoor experience with Lauren and their Border Collie, Ike.

Blue Line Home Watch serves Excelsior, Minnetonka, Shorewood, Victoria, Eden Prairie, Medina, Greenwood, Tonka Bay, Deephaven, Orono, Woodland, and Wayzata. You can reach Brian at (612) 237-7694 or info@bluelinehomewatch.com. Learn more at his website, https://bluelinehomewatch.com.

Congratulations, Brian!
