Vince Cerone
Casa Naples Home Watch of Naples, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.
Born and raised in a Toronto suburb, owner Vince Cerone grew up traveling regularly to visit family vacation homes in Southwest Florida. When realizing the need for Home Watch services, relocating to the Sunshine State and making it his home was an easy decision for Vince. His background and professional experience have allowed him to take appropriate action when problems arise from having an absentee homeowner.
Vince is a Canadian-licensed Red Seal Plumber with experience working in both residential and commercial developments. From new construction to renovations to service, he is well-rounded in the industry. Vince’s knowledge of and familiarity with home building and construction led him to Home Watch services. Seeing the problems with neglected and mistreated properties throughout the years sparked an interest in providing homeowners with the care they deserve.
Vince graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing him among the industry’s elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Vince’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
