Coastline Cottage Home Watch of Fort Myers, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the eighth year.
Owner Karen Curtin created Coastline Cottage Home Watch as a result of a personal situation. She needed help watching her own property from a distance. Karen trusted the wrong people when starting out and quickly learned about the need for reliable and honest Home Watch providers who were also knowledgeable about the correct way to maintain a home.
Home Watch is a natural fit for Karen. She enjoys helping homeowners relax by putting their homes in her hands. They understand that Karen will address their concerns and questions with prompt and concise information to alleviate any concerns.
Karen joined the National Home Watch Association to provide confidence for her clients. She is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, showing that training was important enough to invest in her company and its success. The mission of Coastline Cottage Home Watch is to have each client feel confident that Karen has taken every step to ensure that her company is one that people can rely on.
