Paramount to DHGS's service offering is the Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) designation held by its principals. This certification is awarded to NHWA Home Watch members who demonstrate extensive knowledge and expertise in the Home Watch industry, pass a comprehensive exam, and are committed to ongoing professional development through continuing education credits. Recertification is required every two years to ensure that DHGS remains at the forefront of industry best practices. Diane sits on the NHWA’s Executive Committee and Advisory Board.
