Jolphy Johny
EJ Home Watch of Naples, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.
Owner Jolphy Johny has a degree in physical therapy and was a regional manager for an international fitness center. He has lived in the Naples area since 2014.
Jolphy feels privileged to live in a beautiful, resort-style community daily, and his passion is helping seasonal residents experience this as well.
Jolphy decided to start his Home Watch business after Hurricane Irma, when most of the residents in his community needed a trustworthy professional to take care of their homes. EJ Home Watch was started in 2018 with the goal of providing a comprehensive, quality service Jolphy would expect for his own home, making Florida home ownership a positive and stress-free experience. He initially partnered with another company for two years and eventually took over the business, which has been growing ever since.
EJ Home Watch delivers consistent and accurate information to its clients during their absence. This gives them peace of mind, knowing that their homes are being looked after by professionals who act in their clients’ best interests. Jolphy takes care of the smaller issues before they become larger problems. Jolphy watches your home while you’re gone so you can sleep more soundly at night.
