Mark Grudecki
Front Range Home Watch & Concierge of Castle Rock, Colorado, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fifth year.
Owner Mark Grudecki and his family have lived in Castle Rock, CO, since 2011. His company's mission is “to help people live their best life and truly enjoy the things they have worked hard for," such as spending the cold winter months in warmer climates. With that in mind, Front Range Home Watch & Concierge removes stress and minimizes the risks associated with leaving home for extended periods while providing confidence that their clients' homes are in capable hands.
Mark is originally from upstate New York. After receiving degrees from Siena College and Paul Smith's College, he began a leadership career with several Fortune 500 retail organizations that lasted close to 30 years. In his most recent role as Regional Vice President of the Southwest U.S. for a large national corporation, he was entrusted with leadership of large teams and maintaining valuable physical assets (including stores and corporate buildings) to high standards. Mark is passionate about exceeding customer expectations and helping others.
Mark has been very active with the NHWA and chairs the Membership Committee. He also has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, making him one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows Mark’s commitment to providing excellent client service. He is also one of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp instructors. Mark received the NHWA’s Member of the Year Award, which was presented to him at the NHWA’s 2024 North American Conference in April.
