Congratulations to Gulf Waters Home Watch of Estero, FL, on its second-year accreditation!

Gulf Waters Home Watch of Estero, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the second year.

Carol and Joe Matarazzo have lived and worked in Southwest Florida for the past 15 years. During that time, they referred their real estate clients to many of the local Home Watch companies. After numerous requests from clients and conducting many free Home Watch inspections, they decided to enter the Home Watch business by providing a competitive Home Watch inspection service.

Carol has been involved in all aspects of real estate sales and has been licensed in Florida since 1991. She has extensive experience with new home construction, inspections, and management and spent over six years working with her husband overseeing property inspections for the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. Carol also has over ten years of Home Watch experience at a country club in Orlando.

Joe has been a new home builder for over 30 years and a licensed Realtor since 2003. He has built over 1,000 homes in Maryland, North Carolina, and Florida. Joe is an approved Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation REO agent and has worked extensively with hundreds of foreclosures and inspections in Lee and Collier Counties. 

Carol and Joe enjoy volunteering and giving back to their community. They work with the Pace Center for Girls, Freedom Waters Foundation, Toys for Tots, and Valerie’s House, to name a few of the organizations. We’re always happy to see our members giving back.
