Home Watcher LV of Las Vegas, Nevada, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the 15th year for its Home Watch services.

Owners Jeremy and Kelly Palmer were married in 2003 and have three adult children who reside in the Midwest. In 2014, Jeremy and Kelly purchased a vacation home in Las Vegas. Like all second homeowners, they were concerned about their place being unoccupied and vulnerable to issues when they weren’t there.

They found NHWA Accredited Member Home Watcher LV and met with its owner, who expertly looked after their home. Because of COVID, the Palmers’ jobs went remote, and they were able to move to Las Vegas permanently. COVID caused a huge increase in business for Home Watcher LV, and because Jeremy and Kelly understood the value of Home Watch due to their own experiences, the wheels started to turn. In 2021, Jeremy joined the Home Watcher LV team.

In 2024, the Palmers knew that their business experience, along with the training received from the former owner of Home Watcher LV, made the next decision easy. In February of that year, Kelly and Jeremy purchased Home Watcher LV. It was the perfect fit for all involved. Kelly works from home, allowing her to assist in the office while Jeremy is out in the field, thereby continuing to grow the business and service its current clientele. Home Watcher LV aims to establish a long-term relationship with each client. There is nothing like having a dependable local person you can count on to watch your home. The Palmers’ goal is to help their clients fully enjoy their property from the time they walk into it until they leave.

Jeremy has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) from the NHWA, placing him among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows Jeremy’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients. He also sits on the NHWA’s Education Committee, which is active in creating new educational content for NHWA members.
