I am so proud to announce that Homewatch Services Etc. of Bonita Springs, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the 13th year.
It is no accident that owner Carl Lorenzini has built Homewatch Services Etc. into one of the top Home Watch companies in the industry. Since joining the NHWA, Carl has grown his company through hard work, strong family values, and dedication to his clients. It’s what he defines as being “client-centric.” Carl and his team of inspectors have all earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing them among the elite in the Home Watch industry. Carl sets the bar high and insists on the best training and customer service from everyone affiliated with his company.
Originally from Indiana, Carl relocated to Bonita Springs in 2001 and became a property manager after earning his CAM license. In 2002, Carl’s father started a Home Watch and handyman service looking after unoccupied properties. Carl became involved with his father’s business and eventually bought it from him. The rest, as they say, is history. Carl and his wife, Brittany, have two beautiful kids. I always enjoy spending time with them when I am in Southwest Florida on NHWA business.
Carl is quite involved with the NHWA. He has served on the NHWA Advisory Board since its inception and is the Board Advisor to the NHWA’s Southwest Florida Chapter. Carl is on the NHWA Executive Committee and is one of the authors of the Home Watch Boot Camp and CHWP curricula. He also conducts training at Home Watch Boot Camp.
