Hudson Home Watch of Hudson, Ohio, has earned second-year accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.

Owner Sara Damante has been in the home improvement area for decades, from owning two homes and being a very handy DIYer to working for Sherwin-Williams and being familiar with construction, concrete, and waterproofing. Stepping away from the corporate world after 20+ years, she is now a licensed Realtor. She has attended numerous inspections and learned from the business's best and most experienced people.

Sara is a certified buyers’ specialist. She has a bachelor of science degree in Marketing from Chancellor University and attended The Ohio State University for education and psychology “back in the day.”

Always helping people and making things better or easier for them, Sara discovered a dire need for Home Watch services in Hudson and the surrounding communities. She realized it was the perfect fit for her experience, the community, and making their lives easier by giving them peace of mind.

Sara has been married to Scott for 28 years; they have two children and are almost empty nesters. Their son is a junior at Ohio University, and their daughter (a proud Buckeye Alum!) and her fiancé are putting down roots on the east side of Cleveland, too.

In her spare time, Sara plays golf. She learned at the age of seven at Acacia Country Club in Lyndhurst. She still loves the game and is an 11 handicap. Sara and Scott are passionate about all Cleveland sports (“the good, the bad, and the ugly”). A great summer day for them is playing 18 holes and then having dinner at a local brewery to watch the Guardians. Sara loves to read; she’s an admitted fiction junkie. She also loves to hike, explore parks, and cook for friends and family.
