I am happy to announce that Imperial Home Watch & Services of Fort Myers Beach, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the tenth year.

As a permanent resident of Fort Myers Beach for the last 10 years and a part-time resident for the previous 15, owner Steven Meyer saw the need for reliable Home Watch services in his area. He has witnessed the devastation caused by excessive winds, water, pests, and unwanted intruders, which can result in thousands of dollars in damage within a short period. 

Born and raised in northern Illinois, Steven grew tired of the Midwestern winters. He decided to relocate to Southwest Florida, where he leveraged his extensive experience in maintenance, marketing, and customer service to form Imperial Home Watch & Services. And, because of the success he enjoyed while forming three successful businesses, he knows what it takes to make his clients happy by listening to their needs and keeping a steady eye on things during their absence. Paying careful attention to detail is the key to Steven's success.

Steven is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), which places him in the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Steven’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
