Income Realty Corp of Miami, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fifth year.
Colleen Harding, Broker and President, is one of Miami’s leaders in professional property management. She joined Income Realty Corp (IRC) in 2003, obtained her real estate broker’s license in 2008, and became part owner and President of IRC in 2012.
Some of IRC’s property management clients asked Colleen to watch their properties while they were away, so IRC began providing Home Watch in addition to its other services. It is a “one-stop shop " since it also has a large pool of professionals who can tend to issues that may arise in the properties it is watching.
Before joining IRC, Colleen worked with a large maintenance systems concern in Montego Bay, Jamaica, where she handled ever-increasing responsibilities. Eventually, she became Executive Administrator, reporting directly to the President. While in that position, she helped with preventive maintenance software programming and its installation at several large hotels. Colleen also supervised maintenance and renovation projects.
David Williams founded IRC in 1978. A graduate engineer and geologist, he held senior management positions for large corporations in Brazil and Jamaica. David has owned and managed successful businesses in the U.S. He has been a senior management consultant for many companies. With IRC, David developed myriad successful partnerships and corporations that purchased and managed multi-family and commercial income-producing real estate. He serves as IRC’s Vice-President. As a committed community leader, David founded the Manchester Chamber of Commerce. He was president of several Rotary Clubs, held many leadership positions at the Rotary district level, and was president of his church. David loves being in active service to others.
