Integrity 1st Home Watch of North Port, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the fourth year.

Owned and operated by Holly and Bruce Henry, this husband-and-wife team brings over two decades of combined real estate experience. They’ve helped clients buy, sell, and build homes throughout the area, earning a reputation for their professionalism and dependability.

Before entering the real estate world, Bruce spent years in technical and customer service roles. He worked for one of the nation’s largest printing companies as a journeyman electrician and troubleshooter, later moving into customer-facing positions. His background includes overseeing the Quality Department at a South Daytona facility, giving him a strong grasp of systems and service.

Holly has an entrepreneurial background, having owned and operated several businesses including a hair salon, day spa, residential and commercial cleaning services, and a travel agency. She also worked for 20 years as a manufacturer’s rep in a four-state territory, providing technical education solutions. Her leadership and sales experience have played a big role in her professional success.

As Florida residents, Holly and Bruce were often asked by seasonal neighbors to check on vacant homes. Their trustworthiness and attention to detail naturally led them to create Integrity 1st Home Watch—built on a commitment to reliability and doing the right thing.

Holly is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and holds the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), a mark of excellence in the industry.

Holly attended Jacksonville University, and Bruce studied at Western Kentucky University and completed technical training related to his early career. Married for 23 years, they enjoy golf, tennis, cycling, walking, and exploring Florida’s natural beauty.
