J & L Home Watch of Bonita Springs, Florida, has earned seventh-year accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.

Owner Lisa Kimbro is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, and has a long history in customer service. When she and her husband, Steve, moved to Bonita Springs, Lisa wanted to stay busy, serve people, and remain close to home. She manages to do all those things with J & L Home Watch.

Focusing their services solely within their own or neighboring communities ensures that, as full-time residents, J & L Home Watch provides a specialized service and can respond immediately to any requests and/or emergencies. 

Lisa takes pride in removing the drama from any situation and ensuring that minor issues do not develop into major problems. She achieves this by leveraging her strong local knowledge and extensive contacts with professional, licensed service contractors across all areas of home improvement, maintenance, and repair.

Lisa has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) from the NHWA, placing her among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation demonstrates Lisa’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to her clients.

Lisa is a mother of four and, together with Steve, who also has three children, has owned her home in Bonita National since 2015. They have been permanent residents there since 2017.
