Living the Dream Condo & Home Watch Service of Jensen Beach, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.
Managing Partner and Co-Founder Alfred Cornacchio, Jr., is a former Long Island, New York resident. Al has found his slice of paradise on the Treasure Coast of Florida and is “Living the Dream.” He is completely focused on his high level of customer service and satisfaction and is committed to helping his clients in every possible way. Al has a diverse business background that includes 45 years in the insurance industry, including ownership of four insurance agencies with over 4,000 clients. He has been a motivational speaker, securities analyst in the financial industry, a custom home builder, elementary school teacher, guidance counselor, U.S. Merchant Marine Boat Captain, and self-defense instructor in Jiu-Jitsu and Shorin Ryu karate.
Al has numerous educational credentials, including a bachelor of science degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Kentucky University, a master of science degree in Guidance and Counseling from C.W. Post, Long Island University, and the U.S. Merchant Marine School for Licensed Boat Captains. He is also a sixth-degree Black Belt in Jiu-Jitsu and a first-degree Black Belt in Shorin Ryu karate. He is also an FAA-licensed pilot.
The other Managing Partner and Co-Founder, Joseph Metrick, says, “We founded our Home Watch company with the belief that all homeowners need an advocate who protects their interests when they are away from their homes for either long or short periods.”
Joe’s extensive business background includes over 43 years of managerial experience in real estate, commercial and residential mortgage lending, retail business operations, manufacturing, and logistics. He has a business degree from the University of Akron and is an FAA-licensed pilot.
