Congratulations to Lusso Property Services of Vero Beach, FL, on its third-year accreditation!
Lusso Property Services of Vero Beach, Florida, has earned accreditation for their Home Watch services from the NHWA for the third year.
Owner Alison Lusso has served in the hospitality and service industry since 2012. During and after college, she worked in the yachting industry as a chief stewardess, running, maintaining, and serving those in all aspects of the vessel's interior. After doing that for many years, Alison and her husband, Thomas, decided to pursue land-based estate management for a private family. They continued to grow their experience with them and oversaw other assets throughout their state. From there, Alison and Thomas took the next step of pursuing luxury Home Watch and concierge services in Florida, where they have been growing their business, serving multiple clients within the Vero Beach community.
Alison graduated from Flagler College with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics and Entrepreneurship.
To pursue the next step in an industry she had already served and loved, Alison chose Home Watch. She wanted to serve and help more than one client at a time, and by starting her own Home Watch business, she could structure her business to allow her to serve multiple families at a very high level.
Thomas manages the digital maintenance software they use for all clients to ensure proper asset and system maintenance.
In her spare time, Alison loves to exercise, be on their boat, and spend time with their family.
