Major Domo Advantage Home Watch of Lincoln, Rhode Island, has earned third-year accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.

Owner Paul Gagnon first started working as a private service professional in 2004 as team security for the New England Patriots, protecting the interests of high-status players, coaches, team ownership, and families. During his six years with the Kraft Sports Group, he made friends that he still has today and traveled with the team throughout the USA and London. Recently, Paul worked as the Estate Manager for an ultra-high-net-worth family in Osterville, MA, where he oversaw a portfolio of properties that included both personal and vacation rental homes, land, and a marina. His 35 years of property knowledge, training, and skills made the Home Watch and estate concierge business an ideal fit for him.

Paul is a lifelong Rhode Islander and truly appreciates his small state. “I’m often asked what my ‘territory’ is, and it’s simple … Rhode Island is small enough to get from Woonsocket to Westerly within an hour, so Rhode Island is my service area. I routinely travel to Bonnet Shores in Narragansett to check on homes. Being one of only two Home Watch companies in all of RI, accreditation by the NHWA is a privilege and responsibility I don’t take lightly,” he says.

After an enlistment in the U.S. Coast Guard, Paul became a police officer in Rhode Island where, during his 20-year career, he was assigned to Detectives, Crime Scenes, Community Relations, and as a Patrol Supervisor. Paul’s second professional career led him into the real estate sphere, where he is a licensed Rhode Island Realtor and has held his license since 1988. Having been a Realtor and Estate Manager during the Great Recession of 2008 and the Covid era, Paul learned hands-on what it took to maintain unoccupied and vacant homes for individual and corporate ownerships. Paul is trained through NHWA, The Essentials of Household and Estate Management, and the University of Rhode Island School of Forensic Science.
