Phil Bruno’s journey into the Home Watch business began in 2015 when he and his wife, Alicia, made Vero Beach their home. As snowbirds themselves, they understood the anxiety and concerns that come with leaving a property unattended, especially during hurricane season. Phil's personal experiences led him to recognize a need within the community—a need he was eager to fill. With a desire to provide homeowners with peace of mind, Phil and Alicia built Premier Coastal Home Watch from the ground up. Their commitment to excellence and professionalism led them to seek accreditation from the NHWA, a trusted association known for upholding the highest standards in the industry. Phil's decision to become bonded and insured through the NHWA reflects his dedication to providing reliable and trustworthy service to his clients.
Phil’s passion for excellence extends beyond accreditation; he is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP). This designation not only recognizes Phil’s expertise but also sets him apart as one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. He ensures that each client receives personalized attention and care. By keeping his service area relatively small, Phil can maintain the level of service excellence that his clients deserve.
