Before founding Property Watch Ohio, Scott spent 25 years building and leading a global software company in the document management industry. As his career evolved, he was drawn back to more tangible, hands-on work—especially home remodeling and house flipping, where his precise, detail-driven approach stood out. That same focus on doing things right, no matter how small the task, became the foundation of Property Watch Ohio and continues to guide the way the company serves every client.

Property Watch Ohio was founded as a natural extension of Scott’s skills and values. Known for rolling up his sleeves and solving problems—whether it's fixing a leak, building a deck, or diagnosing a tech issue—Scott built Property Watch Ohio with the same integrity, work ethic, and loyalty he’s shown throughout his life.

Scott’s decision to join the NHWA reflects his commitment to continuous learning and high standards. Scott and his wife, Jocelyn, raised three children in Copley, where they have been actively involved in the community. Scott volunteered as a youth soccer coach for over 15 years, and Jocelyn contributed her time to the local Copley-Fairlawn schools.
