Congratulations to Roadrunner Home Watch of Florence, AZ, on its fourth-year accreditation!

Roadrunner Home Watch of Florence, Arizona, has earned fourth-year accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.
Debi White has over 35 years of experience in banking, consumer finance, and loss mitigation. She was responsible for a retail sales pipeline of $2 million and has experienced the need to have people to rely on.
Debi’s husband, Lyle, is a 24-year retired Navy veteran. He was deployed multiple times and has experienced the need for someone reliable to check on his home, both inside and out. Lyle has personally experienced what happens when a home is not checked. While away on deployment, he had a “friend” checking the house weekly. When Lyle returned home after three months, he discovered that not only had his friend not checked the home, but a pipe in his bathroom had developed a pinhole leak and was spraying water all over the bathroom! It had even eaten through the drywall between rooms. The flooring throughout the entire house was damaged, and there were mold issues and structural repairs that needed to be addressed.
Debi and Lyle moved to Arizona in 2014. They have many friends, neighbors, and relatives who are winter visitors, travel regularly, or occasionally take a week off. Debi and Lyle have been monitoring their homes for years and are diligent enough that a friend recommended they go into business as Home Watch professionals. With so many homes in the area that are not occupied year-round, this made sense to them. They opened Roadrunner Home Watch in 2020 and joined the NHWA. Debi and Lyle have been monitoring their clients’ homes while they are away, applying the same attention to detail and professionalism they’ve shown to their neighbors and friends throughout the years.
