Secure Shield Home Watch of Montgomery, Texas, has earned second-year accreditation from the NHWA.
Founder Gail Simon has extensive experience in the insurance property adjustment industry. Her background as the daughter of an Air Force drill sergeant, combined with her extensive travels around the world, has instilled in her a deep sense of dedication, ethics, drive, and humor.
With years of hands-on experience and a keen eye for detail, Gail has worked alongside industry elites and has played a pivotal role in assisting with some of the most significant weather events to affect the United States over the past quarter-century. Her comprehensive understanding of homes allows her to identify potential issues and prevent them from escalating. When asked about her motivation for starting Secure Shield Home Watch, Gail emphasized her desire to provide trusted assistance to her peers, family, friends, and all homeowners and renters. Recognizing the importance of maintaining a watchful eye on properties, Gail established Secure Shield Home Watch to proactively identify and address issues while homeowners are away, thereby minimizing severity, time, and financial impact.
Gail sits on the NHWA’s Marketing Committee.
Gail's dedication to excellence is evident in her impressive educational background, including multiple degrees and a tenure at Texas Christian University, where she says she cultivated her Texas roots. Additionally, as a highly decorated Houston Association of Realtors certified real estate agent, Gail has achieved numerous multi-million-dollar successes in the real estate industry.
Prioritizing health and fitness, in her spare time Gail spends time outdoors, fishing on her boat, hitting the gym and pickleball court, and volunteering at the local food pantry.
